Subject:--Need Revolution for Educating our new generation.

It is well known fact that appropriate education is essential to become a good citizen which is also basic constitutional right of every Indian.

Although since last 5 to 6 years some appreciable steps have been taken by our Samaj Bandhu’s like ‘Prathibhavan Samman Samaroh at Gadana & Ranawas under the flag of “SAGTA RAM JI MAHARAJ” carrier guidance meet at Sojat city with full dedication of Sh Ganshyam ji Asoria, Three Samuhik vivah sammelan in the chairman ship of Sh Sohan lal ji Parmar etc.                                                                                                                                              

But today’s best media of convocation is World Wide Website & I am very much thankful to Mr. Dhanu Bhai Lohar who gave website to samaj as www.malviyaloharsandesh.com. I also picked up e-mail address of our samaj member’s from it’s home page. There were only 617 e-mail address out of 1499 enrolled persons & finally it was 438 only. I am conveying my message on these all e-mail address. 

In my view our samaj has many good successful Business men, Millionaires, Donators, Artisans, Doctors, Engineers, Professors, Lecturers , Teachers, Bankers, Ex-servicemen, government officers , Administrative officers, Social workers, Politicians, brilliant student & young youth power etc.        

But many persons don’t know to each other. We are living between our areas wise or with close relatives only.

It is Moral duty & responsibility of All financial & educationally strong persons to support to our samaj stuff to overcome from poverty, illiteracy & also to take steps to leave all old unwanted & useless systems which do financially weak to our samaj.                                                                                                                                              

For discussion/debate on such issues and making an effective strategy a huge unavoidable conference is required as early as possible.

First of all I'd like to give Thanks for your unforgettable works for our Society.
As our society is not united So it will be very helpful for us.
I also appreciate the Proposal for our community development from Dr. Arvind.
Every revolution wants leaders and this is initialization and we will go forward ...
I remember one line which is based on Gandhiji ..
Me Nikala Rah Pe Akela Hi..Aage Badha To Karwaa Banata Chala Gaya.
According to me money was never issue for our community, weakness is our Jealousy with each-other and also we don't like to live with unity.
If any guy from community gets success in Business or education he won't get appreciation from our samaj. (Hence Public call us 'BARIYA').
Now we need to remove this thinking.

Dear Sir,

            I am feeling happy by surfing Malviya Lohar Sandesh. Your work must be appreciable. I congratulate you for making this bridge of information that enables our society member  to get information about each-other. 

            Sir, i want to know that why have u limited file format to .doc only. I think in the present time document saved in pdf format is best to store data file. They can also merely transfer through internet. Actually the main reason behind this is that i want to upload some  material which is very useful for students but the problem is that the whole material is in pdf format. I think that if we want to make our society strong, we have to take care of education, basics needs of students. I have a very big collection of books that include academic, philosophy, competition guides etc. Although i have downloaded by internet, but as a collection at one place it is very helpful for students. After visiting this honorable website, i feel that something is missing for students.

           I request you to think about building of a digital library. I promise you that i will provide a vast range of study material for this library.

I am thankful for your letter of appreciation.

Any one can upload data in any format though .doc format is written.

(.doc, .pdf, .jpg, .xls. .ppt ..dnl, .png, .tif, .zip, or any other format) 

 

Many persons have sent .pdf, .jpg using same form. .doc format is only indication of one of the formats.

 

However I have changed form to add  .pdf also. 

 

I welcome your data for digital library. 
 

The only problem is that there is huge amount of illiteracy in our samaj.

Even 90% students don't have computers nor Broadband Internet connection.

Even most of all forms sent have spelling errors in City names, Gotra Names etc.

First of all I would like to appreciate your work. You have made a wonderful website to connect whole Malviya Lohar samaj. Thank you very much for that. 

I would like to bring in your kind notice that there must be an option for editing family data by members, in case they want to update details like marital status, job profile etc. or if there is such an option available i couldn't find it, please help me out. If such option is not available, i am sure that you would be having this option in your mind and you would have been working on that but i was curious to put my suggestion.

I am very much thankful for your this email.

The main problem is illiteracy in our samaj.

Due to this, 90% of forms and data send by members have lots of spelling mistake, Surname mistake, Gotra Name and City name mistake. Most of peoples send photos from mobile and not the passport photo. Some time sends group photos.

One person sent me his passport copy instead of Passport photo.

Due to such problems, I have made this website as a passive website and not active live web pages.

If any person wants to change the data, photo or any other thing, he can send the email, letter or fax to me. It will be changed in 2 to 3 days time. Many members had already sent email to change photo, Study class or mobile number etc.

Bhavik Lohar Samaj,

India is known for worship of god & goddess where more & more and in large way have a temple their with historical remembrance where many things were still secure for today generation to think on & look for their beauty. In the same time, of this many places square feet being (i. e; land) occupied by numbers of SAMAJ's for all SAMAJ trust with facility of accommodation likewise at, Pushkar / Haridwar / Kashi , Kedar etc; but our LOHAR SAMAJ's - 1 feet of land is not reflecting in any of those places.

We would request you all if we come in a TEAM on this project for acquiring land & other infrastucture for the said buildings SAMAJ Nirman Bhawan at Pushkar ji. We integrate to come up for lightening of our SAMAJ which with our coming generation need require identification of having which SAMAJ. 'Jai bolo Ranchod ji ki' 'Jai'.

Proposal for our community development:

(1) Educate our youths especially girls in higher education.

(2) Stop linking education with Government jobs.

(3) In our Samaj Meetings issues related to development of community are to be addressed regularly, only then the educated and   
      forward looking youth will become part of this movement other wise this traditional system will collapse in the coming years.

(4) In democracy everyone has a right in lions share, this is possible only when: the community will amalgamate and create a 
      political responsiveness in a bargaining progression and understand the value of their voting power to bring the change. If we 
      are not united no political party will think of us.

(5) Eminent Members of this community must understand the setting of economy and political transfigure at national and 
      international level. For this, Samaj Members must invite a distinguished resource persons to orient this down trodden 
      community instead discussing self actualization through... gone are the days. If one really wants to remain in the race be 
      aggressive in all respect.

(6) Instead of creating temples of deity, emphasis should be made on building educational campuses, hospitals and such other 
      infrastructural developments which will help the children of members to see the better tomorrow, this has to be done, if this 
      process will take time it is the loss of the community and future generation will not forgive us for our ignorance.

(7) Still 95% members of the community perceive the future from the prism of orthodox glass, this process is to be reversed and 
      educated youth must take the initiative and leadership in their hands to bring the obvious change.

(8) Steps should be taken by the members to find out the educational level, poverty and social status of the members and their 
      family; I believe data will be quit shocking.

(9) There is a strong need of the hour to create a forum (MLS is the novel idea) where exchange of logical ideas and information 
      should takes place, whereas the traditional system has failed to take the community in the 21st century and I strongly believe it 
      has now no relevance in the age of Google and Globalization which has been in practice since centuries in the name of 'Panch 
      and Panchayati' which needs coherent adjustment.

(10) Community should find out the ways to finance the educational needs of the children of the Samaj members especially girls; it 
        will transform the Lohar Samaj at large.

(11) In the present context office bearer of our Samaj gauge the ability of members through his financial ability, it will hamper the 
        very movement of uniting this society. So, the showoff of financial power should be let alone as these peoples are competent 
        but not professional.

(12) We must study and learn from other Samaj like: Jains who are very professional and competent. I am sure Sirvi Samaj will 
        over take Jain Samaj in coming fifty years, understand from them also.

(13) There is an urgent need to pay attention on members residing in villages of Pali district where as members of Jodhpur and 
        Sirohi has pickup the pace, which is a matter of appreciation.

(14) Some concrete plans are to be prepared where issues to be addressed phase wise, all the matters cannot be dealt in one 
       agenda and minutes. So, in meeting a hard-hitting brain storming is must and intellectuals from society must be invited for 
       debate. But unfortunately who understand this. Every one talks about the progress of society by neglecting the very basic 
       process of social engineering. People involved in this process are hard worker and capable, but what they lack is: integrity, self 
       awareness, attributes, knowing who I am, ones strengths and weakness, knowing when to seek help and from whom. They 
       are comfortable with dealing in volume and failed in with complexities.
